It was hard to pick out the one most outstanding feature with this pressure canner. Presto really did a nice job designing it. If we had to pick out something that was the best thing about it than that would have to be how easy it is to use. We are not canning experts by any means but the batches of jarred products we cooked with it came out pretty tasty to say the least. That is why we could easily recommend this model to both novice and experienced canners. If so of us cooking challenged people here at the shop can get it working right then anybody can.
