i have only used mine once… and it worked fine. now i am trying to use it a second time and it just keeps cycling through number 1-30 and wont switch from cook to stew or anything else for that matter. please help

I love cooking with a pressure cooker. I usually use stove top but I tried an electric pressure cooker and although I loved it, it stopped functioning within 2 years. After seeing the ads, I bought the Power Pressure Cooker XL. I used it a few times and liked it but it lasted 93 days; 3 days past the limited warranty. I plugged it in and heard “pop” and presume that it had an electrical short (no we have no electrical problems at our home). I wrote a letter to the company but never received a reply. A disappointing situation to say the very least.
